services

We are a specialist firm which deals exclusively in commercial property.

Our specialisation is the acquisition, disposal, development and letting of property, including the consideration of and advice on tax, planning and environmental aspects of property transactions, in addition to the litigation aspects of property management work.

We pride ourselves on our speed of response when instructions are received. This means that ordinarily we will have progressed an instruction received during the working week within 24 hours. Where detailed legal advice or complex documentation is required our clients are informed about the likely response time at the outset.

We have a good secretary to fee earner ratio to enable the rapid delivery of our legal work. As our overheads are low and our working practices are efficient, we provide a lower cost service whilst not compromising on its quality.
