Land Law LLP held a property law seminar on 10 June for our clients and other property professionals. Topics covered included AGAs and Guarantees, Lease terminations, mortgage security and selling subject to deferred payments.
We are pleased to announce that Sarah Bonwick has joined Land Law LLP from Pannone LLP, where she was a partner. Sarah deals with all aspects of the acquisition, development, management, letting and disposal of a wide range of commercial properties, acting for developers, investors and occupiers. She also has a wide range of property finance experience having assisted various institutional lenders in relation to the provision of funding for all types of commercial property.

Andrew joined Land Law in September 2008 from Burges Salmon. He deals in all aspects of the acquisition, development, management and disposal of a wide range of commercial properties. He also specialises in wind farm options and leases, acting for both developers and landowners.
